Here I found high quality carpeting, furniture,
and draperies. I explained to the owner that
unless the furniture and draperies were
removed in advance, I would need to allow
adequate time to deal with them.
I also explained that I would need to make
inspection holes at the points indicated, and that
they would need to be patched later, typically by
the contractor hired to do the necessary repairs.
